CLASS/WORKSHOP CANCELLATION and TRANSITION POLICY
The Community Arts Center reserves the right to cancel a class with low enrollment. This decision is made in consultation with the instructor on week prior to the start of the class. In the event a class is cancelled by the Community Arts Center, students registered in that class will be notified by telephone and will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid for the class.
CAC reserves the right to transition in person classes to a remote (online) format in the event that the CAC suspends in person operations for safety reasons. In this case no refunds will be issued so long as the CAC provides the same number of class meetings as originally planned.
Emergency Closing Information
If the Community Arts Center closes due to inclement weather or other emergency situations there will be a message on our answering machine by 8:30am. There will also be a notification on our Facebook Page. If the Arts Center needs to close early, students effected will be notified either by the Arts Center staff or their instructor via email or by phone if there is no email. Note: Canceled classes will be made up in the make-up week after the semester has ended, unless other arrangements are made by your instructor. Please be safe.
