In the Duke Gallery: The Art of WSSD

5/17 to 6/2

For over 25 years, the art department of the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District has worked with the Community Arts Center to create a biennial art exhibition. The Art of WSSD features the selected artwork of students in grades K-12. We are fortunate that every student in the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District in kindergarten through eighth grade receives art classes regularly as part of their elementary education. When these students arrive at Strath Haven High school, they can choose to devote their elective studies in the areas of ceramics, digital photography, graphic design, 2D art; honing their skills and deepening their creative knowledge and self expression. The Art of WSSD is a celebration of all of the art classes that students in the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District can experience.
