In the Duke Gallery: 25 DECADES, celebrating USA 250

In commemoration of the 250^th anniversary of the United States, The Community Arts Center is hosting an exhibition entitled 25 Decades, which will speak to the entire 250 year span. The exhibition is a diverse conversation that explores topics from a wide range of viewpoints.

- - 25 artists – each assigned a 10 year period from 1776 to 2026. (1776-1785, 1786-1795, . . . ) See below.
  - Each has made 3 pieces related to events, inventions, people, etc. that happened in the US in that 10 year period.
