In the Duke: Birds of a Feather, a juried exhibiton

May 13 to June 9

Artists were invited to submit works that celebrate and explore birds in any way they choose. Submission were open to all Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Maryland artists eighteen years of age or older. There was a limit of two (2) entries per artist. Entries must have been completed within the last 3 years and not previously exhibited at the Community Arts Center.

Juror: Rinal Parikh

Rinal Parikh’s art reects the heritage and vibrant culture of her native India. Her
award winning paintings portray spontaneity and energy with saturated color in
various media. Her subjects are inuenced by life in India, and she studies many
dierent styles of Indian painting that vary from state to state. Rinal’s artwork is
mainly found in private collections in the USA, Canada, Uraguay, and India. Rinal
serves as a board member at the Rittenhouse Square Fine Art Show.
