CAC Soda Kiln Fundraiser! COMMUNITY ARTS CENTER Is Building a NEW SODA KILN!

The CAC is excited to announce plans to build a new soda kiln that will replace the existing soda kiln, built by CAC teaching artist and former Potters Guild member Brett Thomas. Since Brett built the kiln in 2017, soda
Kiln has become an important part of the program. The kiln has been well used and is now in great need of replacement. The new kiln is planned for construction in Summer of 2024. The project is expected to cost approximately $20,000. A significant portion of the estimated project budget has been funded through advance gifts from CAC students and faculty members. We are seeking Financial support for the project to help reach the fundraising goal. Please inquire with the CAC about supporting the project. Gifts of any amount are appreciated. Special benefits are being offered.
